How do I get a rusted set nail out of the ceiling?

The nail will not go in any further, I just want to get it out of the ceiling.How do I get a rusted set nail out of the ceiling?
First try to pry it. If it won't come out cut it off below the surface of the ceiling with a dremel or something similar. Then seal it with rustoleum paint then fill and paint the hole.How do I get a rusted set nail out of the ceiling?
use a drill with a drill bit the same size as the nail.. that should do it..
