Where can I buy a nailing shining set, One that you actually shine the nails with a buffer?

Years ago I purchased one of these in Japan and would love to be able to get something simualar, You file the nails then you polish them using a buffer. You actually shine the nail, with out applying nail ';polish'; The kit I bought was called P.Shine Handy Kit. As stated above, you can buy a buffer for like, a buck or sometimes less depending on the size of the block or where you go. CVS, Duane Reade, Wal-Greens, and Wal-Mart just to name a few.Where can I buy a nailing shining set, One that you actually shine the nails with a buffer?
Revlon makes a four sided foam block. You can buy them at any drug store. Literally.
