Put your hands n the oven at a very low temp say 50Deg for around 3 min that should dry them nicely.Acrilic paint dries rapidly but too much direct heat will spoil the finished look.An absolute aceptable drying time in normal conditions will take 4 hrs depending on the paint thickness.
It depends if you are getting a UV gel topcoat or not (which I recommend!). With the UV you put your hands under a UV light for a few minutes and they are dry with a regular topcoat 5 to 7 minutes.
