yeah you can, i do it all the time, if you took them off yourself and they are tender than maybe you should wait, but if they aren't than go for it.
i honestly dont know but i just got my nils done and it was just 1 day after i tore my olld nails off they are black with white skulls in the corner, and in one eye of the skull is a pink dimond
